SPRAY PAINTING
We can apply colorful painted finishes to almost all finished products in our own in-house cleaning room. Colors can be painted for cosmetic or functional reasons, attracting people’s attention for your outstanding design. Painted Parts can protect items against fading and wearing, and all finished products quality needs to be examined strictly before shipping out.
SILK SCREENING
Our silk screening service is the perfect way to add information and character directly on to your finished product. Silk screening can be used to add:
- Company logos
- Part or serial numbers
- Product names, and much more!
PLATING
Add a thin plating of gold, silver, or other precious metal to your finished product and achieve electrical resistance, chemical tolerance, visual effect etc!
BRUSH ANODIZING
Aluminum and other alloys can be brush-anodized for added protection and utility, makes your products to be high-level standard. Anodizing has many advantages and applications, including:
- Increasing resistance to wear and corrosion
- Improving adhesion of paint and other coatings
- Improving reflectivity
ELECTROPLATING
Finished metal products can go through electroplating, mostly in the form of Anodic Oxidation. During electroplating, electricity is used to remove ions; this builds resistance along the surface of a metal and increases resistance to wear. Electroplating offers protection against corrosion and assists with adhesion for various cosmetic finishes.
LASER ETCHING
Etching your logo, product name, part or serial numbers and much more can use our laser etching finishing service. Our talented employees can etch even small designs with incredible details by our precision laser etching equipment.
POLISHING
It’s hard to match the effect of a perfect shiny effect. Put the finishing touch on your parts using our polishing services. Polishing may be completed by sanding and blasting. We have a fully-equipped polishing department to clean, polish, and highlight your products for an amazing presentation.
